How to Measure Your …
Waits: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, just above the belly button. Keep the tape snug and parallel to the floor.
Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, usually about 8 inches (20 cm) below the waist.
Pant Length: Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem along the side of the leg.
Rise: Measure from the top of the waistband down to the crotch seam in the front.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg along the inside of the thigh.
